Use of your personal information

We only use your information to fulfill your order. We do not share your information with 3rd parties except as necessary to fulfill your order. We do not telemarket, nor do we send spam e-mail.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. 

Order Forms

Our site uses an order form for customers to order products. We collect contact information (like your email address), and financial information (like your account or credit card numbers).

Contact information from the order forms is used to get in touch with the visitor only when necessary.

Financial information that is collected is only used to bill the user for products and services. For your protection, we do not keep your credit card information for more than 30 days after we have successfully processed your order.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use RackSpace as our Web service provider.  You can read about their physical security at www.rackspace.com.

Our site uses SSL technology during the order entry process to protect your credit card information.  Your credit card information is never sent via e-mail.

Your order information is protected by multiple password levels on our secure server.  Orders are downloaded from our web site daily, and then erased.  Your credit card information is deleted from our order system after your order is successfully billed and mailed.

Data Quality/Access

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided: No online access. Users must contact us by phone.  We do not sell or rent our customer list to others.
